Aaron is a trumpeter, bassist and graduate of the jazz course at Birmingham Conservatoire.

His ten-piece band Zappajazz was formed to perform and explore the music of Frank Zappa and is now working together on original arrangements and compositions for a series of upcoming gigs. He has also played trumpet in projects involving Mike Gibbs, John Hollenbeck and Gerard Presencer.

He plays trumpet for Gypsy-Folk revellers The Destroyers and shares the solo chair in the Midlands Youth Jazz Orchestra. An active folk musician, Aaron plays bass guitar in the massive Conservatoire Folk Ensemble and the successful young folk group The Old Dance School.

Aaron ran the Tuesday jam nights at the Bash Bar until December 2006, and helped run the Cobweb nights at the Queens Arms Pub. As a member of Cobweb, Aaron is part of the team running and developing cobwebcollective.com.
